Application for Grant of New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Cuneyt Kaya has today 8th February 2023 applied to Medway Council c/o the Gravesham Borough Council for the GRANT of a Premises Licence for
1. The sale of alcohol daily for consumption on the premises between 10.00
and 23.00 daily and on New Year’s Eve from 10.00 until 01.00
for the premises to be known as Huddy’s Gin and Prosecco Bar situated at
20 High Street, Rochester, ME1 1PT. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at: www.gravesham.gov.uk/licensing or at Licensing Section,
Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend Kent DA12 1AU Tel.01474 337252. Any person wishing to submit representations to our
application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, or by email to licensing@gravesham.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 8th March 2023.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be
included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four
Licensing Objectives: THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC
SAFETY, THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AND THE PROTECTION OF
CHILDREN FROM HARM.
