PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION

To whom it may concern: I the proprietor of MD Convience Store do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stafford Borough Council for the variation of a premises licence at 50A Greyfriars, Stafford, ST16 2RG.

The application is to vary the times on the existing premises license to allow the sale of alcohol at the store from the hours 7.00am - 11.00pm Monday to Sunday, including Christmas day and Good Friday.

Any person wishing to make represenatations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ within 28 days from the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
