NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th February 2023 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Herefordshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, 1 Station Street, Ross on Wye HR9 7YB.

The proposed licensable activities are-

1. The supply of alcohol from 06.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays.

2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council, 8 St Owen Street, Hereford HR1 2PJ no later than the 6th March 2023 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Herefordshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected free of charge at the above Council address Monday to Friday by prior appointment https://www.herefordshire.gov. uk/info/200145/business/58/current_licensing_applications

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
