LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE

I Joanna Maria Klosowska hereby give notice that I
have applied for a premises licence in respect of
Sun market, Unit 6 Ribbleton Lane Trading, Crook
Street, Preston PR1 5LS The licence is to allow for
The sale of alcohol for consumption off the
premises, Monday to Sunday 0800hrs to 2300hrs
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during
normal office hours or at www.preston.gov.uk. Click
on Licensing then public register. Any interested
party or responsible authority may make
representations to the Council about the application.
Such representations must be in writing and must
be made no later than 3rd March 2023. It is an
offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A
person guilty of such an offence is liable on
summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000
