We Derek Pratt And Christakis Ioannides have applied for the grant of a new premises licence for Chester’s at Vale, Enterprise Way, Duckmanton, Chesterfield S44 5FD.
If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place. Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11.30am to 10.30pm.
Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice is first displayed on the above premises to Licensing section Chesterfield Borough Council, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield S40 1LP or by emailing the
Licensing@chesterfield.gov.uk. The full application can be viewed at the given address between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the Licensing section beforehand on Tel 01246 345230 to arrange an appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale on summary of conviction.
