An application has been made by Lost Pier Brewing Ltd to the Licensing Authority for the Mid Sussex District for the variation of a Premises Licence for Unit 14 Sheddingdean Business Centre, Marchants Way, Burgess Hill RH15 8QY.

The application includes proposals for the following licensable activities
i) Add the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only permitted during the following times: Thu 17:00hrs-22:00hrs, Fri 16:00hrs-22:00hrs Sat & Sun 12:00hrs-22:00hrs
ii) Amend closing time for all days to 2230 hrs
iii) Amend plan to include area to the front of the premises
iv) Add further condition to licence

The application may be viewed at the Main Reception, Mid Sussex District Council, Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1SS, during normal office hours and online at www.midsussex.gov.uk - search for ‘Licensing Applications received’

Responsible Authorities or other persons may make representation on or before 2nd March 2023. All representations shall be made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid Sussex District Council.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable is £5,000, on summary conviction for the offence
