What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: London Clubs Manchester Limited of the following address: 55 Baker Street, London Postcode: W1U 8EW is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence under that Act.
The application relates to the following premises: The Broadway Casino, Broadway Plaza, 220 Ladywood Middleway, Birmingham, Postcode: B16 8LP.
The application is to vary the licence as follows: The application is pursuant to Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 and paragraph 65(12) of Part 7 of Schedule 4 to the Gambling Act (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006 to vary the converted casino licence to relocate the premises to Unit 2, 1827a Pershore Road, Cotteridge, Birmingham. B30 3DL detailed on the plan submitted with the application.

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 1 March 2023
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
