Notice Of Application For The Transfer And Renewal Of A Licence

Petty Sessions District ot Enniskillen County Court Division of Fermanagh & Tyrone TAKE NOTICE that I, Alan McNutt of 55 Scaffog Avenue, Enniskillen in the County of Fermanagh intend at the Magistrates Court Sitting at Enniskillen on Wednesday the 15th day of February 2023 at 10.00am to apply for the transfer to me and the renewal of the Licence at present held by John O'Neill and Mary Weir both of 1 Village Court, Ballyhaise, County Cavan for the premises situate at and known as The Three Way Inn, 33 Old Sligo Road, Ashwoods, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT74 5QR being the premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1).

A Protection Order authorising Alan McNutt of 55 Scaffog Avenue, Enniskillen in the County of Fermanagh to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 17th day of August 2022 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen Courthouse for the period of 6 months from the date of the Order.

I am the owner of the business carried on under the Licence.

The owners of the premises are Alan McNutt and Gerard Farmer.

The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the premises for which the Transfer and Renewal of Licence is sought who intends to object to the transfer and renewal of such Licence must in accordance with Schedule 4 and 5 of the Licensing Order serve notice of the intention to object upon the Applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions, The Courthouse, Enniskillen not less than one week before 15th February 2023.
