Public Notice of new Premises Licence application
Notice is given that Mr. Nicolae Sorin Paul at the premises known as: Butcher-Macelarie, 294 Station Road, Harrow HA1 2DX has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a new premises licence for the following licensable activities and times;
Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 08:00 to 21:00 Monday to Sunday including Bank holidays and Public holidays.
Opening hours of the premises will be 08:00 to 21:00 Monday to Sunday including Bank holidays and Public holidays.
Anyone wishing make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Head of Community Directorate, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre, PO Box 18, Station Road, Harrow Middlesex HA1 2XY not later than 25 February 2023. Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of these representations will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person found guilty of such an offence is liable upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
