Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises

Licence

Premises: Whistlestop/Pumpkin, Peterborough Railway
Station, Platform 2 Station Approach, Peterborough, PE1
1QL. Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has
applied to Peterborough City Council to vary a Premises
Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed
variations are:- 1. To alter the layout of the premises, details
of which are shown on the plan submitted with this
application. Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must write to the Licensing Team
Sand Martin House Bittern Way Fletton Quays
Peterborough, PE2 8TY. Representations must be received
by 27 February 2023. The register of Licensing
Applications can be inspected by appointment or at
www.peterborough.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
