Application For New Premises Licence

We FATIH TUYLUOGLU have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licence for: SKY LOCAL Unit 2, 8 High Street, Newham E15 2GR So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Sale of alcohol MONDAY: 08:00-02:00, TUESDAY: 08:00 TO 02:00, WEDNESDAY: 08:00 TO 02:00 THURSDAY: 08:00 TO 02:00, FRIDAY: 08:00 TO 02:00, SATURDAY: 08:00 TO 02:00, SUNDAY: 08:00 TO 02:00 Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Grassroots Centre, Memorial Avenue, London, E15 3DB. (open 1 pm to 4.45pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 10th February 2023.

Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application._
