Notice of Application for New Grant of Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Atlantis Retail Excel Limited applied to Newham Council on 25 January 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises to be known as Atlantis General Store, Unit B, 14 Western Gateway London EI6 1FD for (a) off sales alcohol 7am to 11pm, 7 days on such terms and conditions set out in the application papers or otherwise agreed. Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Grassroots Centre Memorial Avenue London E15 3DB where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than 22 February 2023 Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises or bodies representing such residents or businesses may make representations. The grounds on which representations may be made are restricted to the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
