LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE

Date this notice was posted on the premises:
6/01/2023. I, Marianne Platts, have applied for the
grant of a new premises licence for Mathom House,
Millcross Lane, Barlow, Dronfield, S18 7TA. If
granted the application will allow the following
licensable activities to take place: Sale of Alcohol:
Monday to Friday 09:00 until 18:00 Saturday 09:00
until17:00. Any person intending to make relevant
representations on this application should submit
them in writing within 28 days from the date this
notice is first displayed on the above premises to:
Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District
Council, District Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane,
Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or by e-mailing
to: licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk. The full
application can be viewed at the given address
between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday
to Friday. You will need to contact the Licensing
Section beforehand on 01246 217884 / 217885 to
arrange an appointment. IT IS AN OFFENCE, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application for which you may
be liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the
standard scale on summary of conviction.
