Butlins Skyline Limited - Variation of a Premises Licence - Skegness

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Butlins Skyline Limited in
respect of Premises known as Butlins Family Entertainment
Resort, Roman Bank, Ingoldmells, Skegness, PE25 1NJ
applied to East Lindsey District Council for a Variation of
a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1.To include
a new Food and Beverage Container in the Fairground area
and to update the layout of the premises to include this area.
The Food and Beverage Container to be licensed for the
sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday
to Sunday 10.00 – 22.00. 2. To include a new café bar in
the playground area of the holiday park and to update the
layout of the premises to include this area. The new
playground café to be licensed for the sale of alcohol (for
consumption on and off) and recorded music Monday to
Sunday 08.00 – 22.00. 3. To vary the layout of the
Marquee (Studio 36) which is to become a permanent
structure. This area to be therefore named ‘Studio 36’.
There are to be no changes to the layout of any of the other
licensed venues and all existing layout plans for those areas
are to remain attached to the premises licence. There are no
changes to any of the licensable hours or activities except
as detailed in this application and all other existing hours
and activities are to remain as existing. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by The Licensing Team, East Lindsey
District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, LN11
8UP, no later than 18th January 2023 stating the grounds
for representation. The register of East Lindsey District
Council and the record of the application may be inspected
at the address of the council, given above, during
normal business hours or on the council’s website -
www.e-lindsey.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
