Notice of Application for Grant/Variation of Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate

TAKE NOTICE that we, Retro Station, have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation of a premises licence/ club premises certificate in respect of premises known as Southgate House, Wards End, Halifax, HX1 1DE, for, Sale of alcohol to customers visiting the premises to customers who have paid entry. Between the hours of 10am and 11pm. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 11th January 2023. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
