Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given ABHI Stores Limited have
applied to Portsmouth City Council for the grant of
a premises licence for the following premises:- 162
– 166 Fawcett Road, Southsea, Portsmouth PO4
0DW. The application is for the grant of a licence to
permit supply of alcohol for consumption off the
premises between the hours of 07:00 – 23:00. The
premises is to be a general convenience store and
off-licence.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
concerning this application must do so in writing to
Portsmouth City Council, Licensing Office, Civic
Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, Hants, PO1
2AL or licensing@portsmouthcc.gov.uk no later
than 13th January 2023. The full application may be
inspected during normal office hours at the offices
of Portsmouth City Council at the above address (or
www.portsmouthcc.gov.uk).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction is unlimited.
