We are gathering feedback on your public notices.
Here at publicnoticeportal.uk we have been working hard to ensure all public notices are available to the public in one place online, as well as in printed local newspapers, ensuring residents can continue to access important information about their local community.
Our award winning website, developed with funding from the Google News Initiative, has grown and attracted more than 3 million users since it went live. We have recently launched an Archive service enabling users to search back through all the notices which have been uploaded to the Public Notice Portal since launch.
As part of a new round of additional development for Public Notice Portal, we will be launching a new consultation function to gather public feedback on public notices. This will be straightforward feedback on positive or negative feelings towards the notice and a simple, private commenting section.
We wish to ensure you have access to the feedback given on your notices. In order to facilitate this, we need an email address for us to use to let you know when there has been feedback given on all your notices.
If you could reply to this email or leave details in this contact form we can ensure your contact information is correct in our database and/or assist you with registering for the Public Notice Portal consultation platform.

We are aiming to begin gathering feedback on public notices from December 2025. All feedback from the public, relating to your notices, will be available to you upon request.
Feedback relating to your notices will be sent to you as a CSV file.
All feedback from the public will be available to you upon request free of charge. Just email support@publicnoticeportal.uk.
As well as the Public Notice Portal team, only verified individuals from Local Authorities will be able to be sent feedback on public notices in their Local Authority. We are not planning to make feedback on individual notices public, either via the Public Notice Portal website or any other means.
For launch we wouldn’t be able to facilitate this, however we want to work collaboratively with Local Authorities to provide a useful service, so all requests for features/ functionality will be considered for addition to a future development phase.
For launch we wouldn’t be able to facilitate this, however this functionality is on our roadmap for development.
