LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A)
NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT COWLEY RECREATION GROUND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act that the London Borough of Hillingdon intends, to dispose of an area of open space being land at Former Cowley Meeting Hall, Cowley Recreation Ground, High Street, Cowley, Uxbridge, UB8 2EA.
The area which is proposed to be sold comprises approximately 0.18 acres of land.
A plan showing the area in question is available for inspection at the reception at the Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge during the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Any objections, giving reasons, regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Development and Disposal Surveyor, Property & Estates, Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW or by email to estatesandvaluation@Hillingdon.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on 19/02/2026.
