U95K – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (U95K Between B974 and B9120 - 08.06.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate from 08.06.26 for 12 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the U95K between the B974 and the B9120 Junctions.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during bridge repairs. An alternative route is available via the B974 – U106K – B9120 and vice versa.
