NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 9/12/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 15/12/25. No person shall except upon the direction or with permission of a Police Officer in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load & unload at any time on any day on any of the lengths of road specified above.

Roads affected: HIGH STREET, ILFRACOMBE THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: PROVIDE NEW WATER CONNECTION.

NORTH DEVON LINK RD, SOUTH MOLTON Eastbound from 300 metres countdown marker to Ackland Road overbridge & Westbound from Ackland Rd overbridge to Authorised Vehicles only layby No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 30 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place.
