We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Winter Gap Lane, Lothersdale for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 17/11/25 & 23/11/25, due to Quickline Communications Ltd works to install new ducts and associated apparatus. However, the max duration of this Order is until 17/02/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Amendment No Tbc, Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:–

We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Main Street, Beal for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 01/12/25 & 19/01/26, due to Yorkshire Water clean water mains installation. However, the max duration of this Order is until 01/03/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.
