What is happening?

(BARNSLEY NORTH EAST AREA) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION)
ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 20) ORDER 2025
The above-named Order will come into effect on 17th November 2025 and will prohibit waiting at any time on the north east side of High Street, Shafton from the south east of its junction with Ebony Avenue in a north westerly direction and on both sides of Ebony Avenue from its junction with High Street in a north easterly direction.
Documents relating to this matter may be viewed during normal opening hours at the Library @ the Lightbox, 1 The Glass Works, Barnsley and Cudworth Library, Cudworth Centre of Excellence, Robert Street, Cudworth, Barnsley, S72 8UQ during normal opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you
may within six weeks from 14th November 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
