What is happening?
LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25F/2747 - Arundel Park Nursing Home, Sefton Park Care Village Sefton Park Road (8) Applicant Louise Chambers. To erect part 4/part 5 storey building comprising of 36 no. apartments with associated works, including new parking and access, boundary works, and hard and soft landscaping all following the demolition of the existing care home.
25H/1967 - 6 South Drive (12) Applicant Jonathan Gillow. To erect two storey front extension, new porch to side and install new access gate.
25F/2464 - 55 Sandhills Lane (5) Applicant Martin Goggins. To erect 4 no. storey warehouse (Use Class B8 Storage and E(g) Offices) with associated works, including new parking, landscaping works, access gates, and bike and bin stores following the demolition of the existing onsite building.
25A/1993 - Holyrood Nursery, 4 William Jessop Way (3) Applicant Jenni Mcdougall. To replace existing signage.
25H/2914 & 25L/2916 - 35 Orford Street (15) Applicant Mr & Mrs Egan. To retain replacement sash windows throughout, minor internal alterations at basement level and new timber window at rear ground floor and rooflight to rear.
25F/2274 - Adm Milling, Mill Street (8) Applicant Jake Crompton. To erect 63 no. dwellinghouses with associated works including new access, parking, landscaping and infrastructure following the completion of the demolition works.
25F/2563 & 25L/2564 - 104-106 & 108 London Road (3) Applicant Paul Jones, Vita Developments Ltd. To create a hotel with 27 rooms over the 1 st -4 th Floors of 104-106 London Road and 108 London Road with the ground floor to be used as retail/coffee shop.
25F/2610 & 25L/2611 - Synagogue Chambers, 7 Princes Road (8) Applicant Malcolm Phillips. To carry out installation of terne-coated stainless steel capping to Synagogue annex parapet roof to address issues of penetrating damp and pointing of adjacent brickwork.
25L/2945 - 27 Lake House, Allerton Road (25) Applicant Nasitra Ltd. Retrospective application for replacement of entrance door to front.
25A/2788 & 25L/2789 - 23 Argyle Street (1) Applicant Oscar IP Oscar IP & Co Chartered Accountants. To display various signage.
25A/1105 - 12 Covent Garden (2) Applicant Mr S. Wenman, Star Pubs and Bars. To display various illuminated external signage.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 4th December 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
