TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF C62 ROAD FROM VERWOOD TO JUNCTION WITH BRAND GREEN ROAD (PAUNTLEY PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
THIS NOTICE REPLACES THE NOTICE ISSUED 7TH AUGUST 2025 DUE TO NEW DATES
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the C62 Road from Verwood to the junction with Brand Green Road, on the bend near Pauntley Place Compton Green, for a distance of approximately 120 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for drainage works.
The said road is expected to be closed and restricted each day between 08:00hrs and 15:30hrs each day from 21st November 2025 until 22nd November 2025 only or until the said works have been completed. The reason for the said closures is for gas mains replacement works.

Some roads will be closed overnight and others during the day. This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required.
It is anticipated all works will be completed by 15th December 2025, or until the said works have been complete.
