What is happening?

EAST RENFREWSHIRE COUNCIL

(Residential Streets) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 31st October 2025 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers, The East Renfrewshire Council made the above-named Order which will come into operation on 1st December 2025.

The effect of the Order is as described in the relevant Public Notice of the proposal previously published in the Glasgow Evening Times on 5th June 2025.

A copy of the Order can be viewed online within the East Renfrewshire Councils Traffic Notices section on the 'Tell Me Scotland' website: www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.
