The County of Cornwall (Road From Perran Wharf To Beechwood, Perranarworthal) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Perranarworthal.
This prohibition is necessary for drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th November 2025 to 28th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Perran Wharf To Beechwood, Perranarworthal between the property named Bridge Cottage and grid reference SW77971 38516.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Cury Cross Lanes.
This prohibition is necessary for internet connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th November 2025 to 27th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for blockage clearing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th November 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for poling and cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 to 9th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1430, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th December 2025 to 19th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Maenporth Road, Maenporth and Road From Maenporth Road To District Boundary, Maenporth, Falmouth for their entire lengths.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th December 2025 to 15th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekends included.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 20th January 2025 continuing to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Morlaix Avenue, Truro in both directions between grid references SW82239 43895 and SW82788 44494 for approximately 1062 metres.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out construction works.
The Order which commenced on the 3rd February 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 3rd August 2026. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
