Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Green Lane Hill, Gulval) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gulval.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleansing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th December 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1700, weekends included.

Road affected - Green Lane Hill, Gulval between the junction of Ridgevale Lane and Trevarrack Road.

The County of Cornwall (Pond Walk, Hayle) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Hayle.

This prohibition is necessary for replacement gas main works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 to 23rd December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Pond Walk, Hayle for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Heamoor.

This prohibition is necessary for gully cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th December 2025 to 12th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 on 11th December 2025 and 0600 on 12th December 2025, weekdays only.

Road affected - B3312 Between Madron Hill And The A30 Heamoor Roundabout, Heamoor between the junction of Heamoor Roundabout and grid reference SW4636331123.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th December 2025 to 11th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Daniel Place, Penzance for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Marazion.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 to 12th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1930 and 0600, weekdays only.

Roads affected - School Lane, Higher Fore Street, Turnpike Hill, Fore Street and Market Place, Marazion for their entire lengths.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lamorna. 

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th November 2025 to 28th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Lamorna To Bossava, Lamorna for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 to 9th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction South West Of Clodgy Moor To Junction North Of Swingate, Paul for its entire length.

Cornwall Council
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30MPH over an area of highway being Upton Iowans, Hayle between the junction of Godrevy Park Campsite and Atlantic Coast Holiday Park for approximately 200 metres.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because cabling works are being executed on or near the road. The Order will come into operation on 10th December 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 10th December 2025.

The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
