SECTION 35C ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE OF VARIATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING CHARGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 shall vary the charges payable in the parking places specified in the Schedule to this Notice as follows:-

Up to 8 hours £6.00 Up to 8 hours £8.00

The new charges will come into operation on the 5th of December 2025 not less than 21 days after the date of the Notice.
