Beverley Road - Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic To Install A New Water Supply Connection

SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC BEVERLEY ROAD, SOUTH CAVE (PART)
Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Beverley Road, South Cave (between Steep Hill and The Lea) commencing Monday 1 December 2025 (between 08.00 hours and 20.00 hours) to install a new water supply connection. The road closure is necessary to enable the works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 5 December 2025. The alternative route for traffic affected by the road closure will be via Beverley Road, Market Place, Station Road, Kettlethorpe Hill, West Hill, Brick Dike Lane, Welton Road, Steep Hill to Riplingham Road and Swinescaife Road, South Cave. The diversion route will be signed at the time of closure. Access will be maintained for pedestrians, residents and emergency services only.
