NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury in exercise of its powers under Section 35C Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, proposes to vary the Charges and Tariffs detailed in the Schedule of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury (Off Street Designated Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2007 as follows:-
1. Town Centre Off-Street Car Parks under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
