Temporary Closure of Higher Rodhuish Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Higher Rodhuish Road - from the junction with Rattle Row to the junction with Combe Lane. A total distance of 241 metres.
This Order will enable Walters to carry out repairs to collapsing masonry retaining wall and failing carriageway on behalf of Somerset Council Structures.
The Order becomes effective on 11th April 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 16th April 2025 and last until 25th April 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 10 days.
