What is happening?

SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL BOAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1115 WALDINGFIELD ROAD, CHILTON

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the B1115 Waldingfjeld Road, Chilton from St Marys Close to Chilton Hall Farm to facilitate a new water connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the B1115, the A1141, the A1071, the A134, the B1115 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 7pm on 07/11/2024 - 6am on 08/11/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to Kier Traffic Management. Tel: 07745 647799.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U5407 PRIORY ROAD, PALGRAVE

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U5407 Priory Road, Palgrave from the junction with Draycott Rise to the junction with Upper Rose Lane to facilitate fibre ducting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Upper Rose Lane, Crossing Road, the A143 and vice versa.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U3330 MEETING LANE, GRUNDISBURGH

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3330 Meeting Lane, Grundisburgh from the junction with Orchard End for 85 metres southbound to facilitate sewer works. Other coordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Meeting Lane, Chapel Road, Park Road, Ipswich Road, The Street, The Green and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 07/11/2024 -08/11/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to Public Sewer Services Limited. Tel: (01449) 678932.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U3126 BERNERS ROAD, FELIXSTOWE

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3126 Bemers Road, Felixstowe from the junction with Beach Road East to the junction with Brook Lane to facilitate telecommunications fibre installation. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Beach Road East, Brook Lane and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3126 Bemers Road, Felixstowe from the junction with Beach Road East to the junction with Brook Lane to facilitate telecommunications fibre installation. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Beach Road East, Brook Lane and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3304 Grundisburah Road, Great Bealings from the junction with Bealings Road to the junction with Park Road to facilitate telecommunications fibre installation. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Park Road, Ipswich Road, Bealings Road and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3304 Grundisburah Road, Great Bealings from the junction with Bealings Road to the junction with Park Road to facilitate telecommunications fibre installation. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Park Road, Ipswich Road, Bealings Road and vice versa.
