Tenbury Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Pole Works
What is happening?
Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: B4214 From C1062 To Wood Bank Farm Collington, Edwyn Ralph, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4214 From C1062 To Wood Bank Farm Collington, Edwyn Ralph, Beecroft to Oakshade. Grid Ref: 364470/258479.
The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via B4112 onto the B4204 onto the B4203 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to pole works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 8th of September 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
