HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith diwrnod ar 61 dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gyda'r effaith o wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Heol Penygarn, o'r gyffordd a Heol Ddu, Ty-croes am bellter o oddeutu 1.8km i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin, hyd at y gyffordd a'r eiddo a adwaenirfel Bryn Awel.
Lie bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r de o bwynt sydd i'r gogledd o'r man lie mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd teithio tua'r gogledd-orllewin ar hyd Heol Ddu, Ty-croes hyd at y gyffordd a'r A483 Heol Pontarddulais. With y gyffordd, troi i'r chwith a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar hyd yr A483 Heol Pontarddulais am bellter o oddeutu 1.5km, hyd at y gyffordd a'r B4297 Heol Ebeneser. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r chwith a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de ar hyd y B4297 Heol Ebeneser am 2.3km, hyd at y gyffordd a Heol Troeon Bach. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r chwith a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain ar hyd Heol Troeon Bach, gan ddilyn y ffordd am bellter o 2.1 km, er mwyn dychwelyd i fan sydd i'r de o'r man lie mae'r ffordd ar gau.
I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig dargyfeiriedig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd.
Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd gwaith gan y Grid Cenedlaethol i osod Cebl Pwer Foltedd Uchel 33kV newydd yn Fferm Solar Bryn y Rhyd wedi'i gwblhau.
Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau dydd Gwener, 9fed o Awst 2024, am gyfnod o 12 wythnos.
Lie bo hynny'n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw mis.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Penygarn Road, Tycroes) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that length of Penygarn Road, from its junction with Heol Ddu, Tycroes for a distance of approximately 1.8km in a south-westerly direction, to its junction with the property known as Bryn Awel.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south bound traffic from a point north of the closure will be to proceed in a north-westerly direction along Heol Ddu, Tycroes to its junction with the A483 Pontarddulais Road. At the junction, turn left and continue in a south westerly direction along the A483 Pontarddulais Road for a distance of approximately 1.5 km, to its junction with the B4297 Ebenezer Road. At the junction, turn left and continue in a southerly direction along the B4297 Ebenezer road for 2.3 km, to its junction with Heol Troeon Bach. At the junction, turn left and continue in a north easterly direction along Heol Troeon Bach, following the road for a distance of 2.1 km, to return to a point south of the closure. Vice versa for north bound diverted traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force until works by National Grid to install a new 33kV High Voltage Power Cable at Bryn Y Rhyd Solar Farm have been completed.
It is intended that the works will commence on Friday 9th August 2024, for a period of 12 weeks.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
