(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for electric, sewer and water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st July 2024 to 16th July 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Pound Lane, Bodmin outside the length of property known as Cherrywood Manor.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Chapel Road To Hollywood Head, Road From Hollywood Head To Race Course Road, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Blisland. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17 June 2024 to 28 June 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Road From Chapel Road To Hollywood Head, Road From Hollywood Head To Race Course Road, Blisland between grid references SX 08716:73881 and SX 08916:72442.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Rockhead Street To Hendra, Delabole) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Delabole. This prohibition is necessary for frame and cover replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd July 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Rockhead Street To Hendra, Delabole for itsa entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Rockhead Street To Hendra, Road From Junction West Of Hendra To Hendra Road and Hendra Road, Delabole) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Camelford. This prohibition is necessary for ducting and gully sucking works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th June 2024 to 28th June 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Road From Rockhead Street To Hendra, Delabole, Road From Junction West Of Hendra To Hendra Road, Camelford and Hendra Road, Camelford for their entire lengths.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 6th May 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being St Blazey Road, Par from outside near The Factory to outside No 11.
The Order which commenced on the 17th May 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 9th June 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because sewer connection works are being executed on or near the road.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

The County of Cornwall (B3314 Between Plain Street And St Endellion Road, St Endellion Road, Pendoggett Road, Port Isaac) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Port Isaac.
This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th June 2024 to 26th June 2024. Roads subject to prohibition - B3314 Between Plain Street And St Endellion Road, Port Isaac from junction with Road From The Barton to junction west of Valley View to St Endellion Road, St Endellion Road for its entire length, Pendoggett Road, Port Issac from St Endellion Road to the B3267.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Port Isaac. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - B3314 Between Plain Street And St Endellion Road, Port Isaac from junction with Road From The Barton to junction west of Valley View to St Endellion Road, St Endellion Road for its entire length, Pendoggett Road, Port Issac from St Endellion Road to the B3267.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th June 2024 to 21st June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - St Issey Hill, Wadebridge from the junction at Mellingey Road to outside The Mill House.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st July 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Tinners Way, Wadebridge between Sunny Seven and Trevan Green.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for tree and cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th June 2024 to 19th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for permanent disconnection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st July 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
