What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (as amended)

THE MALL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a gas main replacement and associated works in The Mall, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to:

(a) compel vehicles proceeding in a general north-easterly direction in The Mall upon reaching the junction with the unnamed access road rear to No.1 to 18 Moot Court, Fryent Way to proceed ahead only;

(b) prohibit vehicles proceeding in Kingsbury Circle upon reaching its junction with The Mall from turning left into The Mall;

when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 5th April 2025 and 21st April 2025 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to The Mall would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions and suspension referred to in (a) and (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (c) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
