NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A) LAND AT WERRINGTON FIELDS, KEN STIMPSON ACADEMY, STANILAND WAY, PETERBOROUGH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Peterborough City Council (Council) intends to grant a 125 year lease of land which is described in the Schedule to this Notice and shown edged blue on the plan (Plan) referred to below.

The Plan of the affected Land may be inspected at Werrington Library, Staniland Way, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 6JT during its opening hours, at the reception of the Town Hall, Bridge Street, Peterborough, PE1 1HF Monday to Friday during the hours of 9am to 5pm or may be viewed on the Council’s website at www.peterborough.gov.uk/werrington-fields 

A copying charge may be payable if copies are required.

Any person who objects to the proposed lease should set out their objection in writing and send it to the Director of Legal and Governance and Monitoring Officer at Peterborough City Council, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY or by email to legal.property@peterborough.gov.uk

Any such objection must be received no later than close of business on 6 th December 2024 and should quote reference: ESJ/ 2631466.
