HYSBYSIAD O WAITH ARFAETHEDIG I AMDDIFFYN Y GLANNAU
Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy, gan weithredu fel awdurdod amddiffyn y glannau, trwy hyn yn hysbysu, o dan adran 5(1) o'r Ddeddf uchod ei fod yn cynnig gwneud gwaith amddiffyn y glannau ym Mae Clnmel, Conwy.
Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys mewnforlo tua 80,000 tunnell o ddeunydd wal gynnal y graig I elstedd o flaen y morglawdd presennol i'r gogledd o Sunny Vale a Pharc Gwyliau Golden Sands. Hefyd bydd uchdery morglawdd presennol yn cael ei godl 500mm o Drwyn Horton i Sandy Cove a 750mm o flaen Golden Sands, cyfanswm o 2.3km.
Ar yr un pryd bydd gwaith yn cael ei wneud i wella maes parcio Traeth Bae Cinmel drwy gynyddu ei faint, darparu pwyntiau gwefru, toiledau newydd a pharc bach. Bydd cyfanswm o 9 pwynt mynediad newydd/wedl'u huwchraddlo i'r traeth yn cael eu darparu, yn ogystal a seddau newydd, biniau sbwriel a byrddau gwybodaeth.
Amcangyfrifiry bydd cost y gwaith tua £16,000,000.00.

Gall unrhyw un wrthwynebu'r gwaith arfaethedig drwy gyflwyno hysbysiad o wrthwynebiad i'r cynnig i'r Gweinidog, y Cyngor a Chyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, erbyn dydd Mercher 22 Tachwedd 2023 fan bellaf.

FORM OF NOTICE OF PROPOSED COAST PROTECTION WORK
COAST PROTECTION ACT 1949
NOTICE OF PROPOSED COAST PROTECTION WORK
Conwy County Borough Council, acting in its capacity as coast protection authority, hereby gives notice under sections 5(1) of the above Act that it proposes to carry out coast protection work at Kinmel Bay, Conwy.
The work will consist of the importation of approximately 80,000 tonnes of rock revetment to be placed in front of the existing seawall to the north of Sunny Vale and Golden Sands Holiday Park. Also the existing sea wall will be raised in height by 500mm from Horton's Nose to Sandy Cove and 750mm in front of Golden Sands, a total of 2.3km.
At the same time work will be undertaken to improve the Kinmel Bay Beach car park by increasing capacity, providing charging points, new toilets and a parklet. A total of 9 new/upgraded beach access points are to be provided and new seating, litter bins and information boards.
The estimated cost of the work is in the region of £16,000,000.00.

Any person may object to the proposed work by serving notice of objection to the proposal on the Minister, the Council and Natural Resources Wales, no later than Wednesday 22 November 2023.
