What is happening?

PROPOSAL TO MAKE A PRESCRIBED ALTERATION – SELLY OAK TRUST
NOTICE is given in accordance with Section 19 (1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and regulation 6 of the School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013 that Birmingham City Council proposes to make a prescribed alteration to Selly Oak Trust School, Oak Tree Lane, Selly Oak, Birmingham, West Midlands, B29 6HZ, as follows:
• Increase pupil numbers from 376 to 420 for implementation by 1st January 2027
Selly Oak Trust School is a Foundation special school, rated “Good” by Ofsted, which has a capacity of 396 pupils.
