h) Listed Building Consent for replastering works to internal walls and ceilings at ground and first floor at Lee Garden 29-31 North Bar Within Beverley HU17 8DB

i) Siting of a statue (retrospective) at Land South of All Saints Churchyard Rectory Road Roos HU12 0HH (Ref: 25/01586/PLF)

Proposals (a,b,d,e,h,i) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (d,h) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,b,d,h,i) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (f) is a departure from the approved Development Plan of the area.

Proposals (a,b,g) affect a public right of way.

Proposals (c,g) are major developments.

Proposal (i) is an Ancient Monument scheduled under Section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979.
