Nottinghamshire County Council has received a planning application from Tarmac Trading Limited. The proposed development affects a listed building or its setting and affects a Public Right of Way.
Proposed Development: Vary conditions 3, 4, 5, 10, 29, 57 and 59 of Planning Consent 3/16/01689/CMA for retention and use of existing plant site, access, ancillary facilities and crossing over Slough Dyke, an extension of time of existing permitted operations and variation of approved working and restoration plans (including non-working of part of existing Phase E)
