What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Notice under Article 15 of Application for Planning Permission.
Notice under Sections 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement

Nottinghamshire County Council has received a planning application from Tarmac Trading Limited. The proposed development affects a listed building or its setting and affects a Public Right of Way.

Proposed Development: Vary conditions 3, 4, 5, 10, 29, 57 and 59 of Planning Consent 3/16/01689/CMA for retention and use of existing plant site, access, ancillary facilities and crossing over Slough Dyke, an extension of time of existing permitted operations and variation of approved working and restoration plans (including non-working of part of existing Phase E)
