The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:
P25/S2356/FUL Retention of existing marquee and teepee (for occasional event use), for a period of 3 years, retention of timber play equipment, and associated surfaced area (hardstanding). The hardstanding is used in support of the marquee and teepee during events for deliveries, access and overflow parking.

Alterations to the south and east elevations of the cottage to improve the visual appearance. Alterations include new windows and doors, re-cladding of the dormer, replacement of the rooflights, replacement of the guttering and the removal of a lean-to.
