2025/3063 AYLSHAM, The Cottage, Petersons Lane – Replacement of existing sheds with a new shed Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2025/3508 SPIXWORTH, Land West Of, Buxton Road – Notification for Prior Approval of a Proposed Change of Use of agricultural buildings to four dwellings, and for associated operational development (QA & QB) Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.
