2025/1470 STARSTON, Beck Barn, Pulham Road - Alteration to north elevation windows and addition of one window and repair and redecoration of existing joinery.

2025/3478 FORNCETT, Rattles, Low Road - New window in the gable apex on the west elevation and install 2no. solar panels on the south elevation.

2025/3359 DISS, 17 Denmark Street - Replacement of windows.

2025/3249 STOKE HOLY CROSS, Bottom End Farm, The Common, Dunston - Extension (with small scale demolition) to a listed building, along with landscaping, repair and extension of a driveway, and a new double garage.
Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
2025/3158 KIRSTEAD, Moat Farm, Seething Road - Installation of solar PV panels on potato store at Moat Farm, and associated battery storage.
Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.
2025/3334 LODDON, Land To The North Of, Beccles Road -Application for the approval of reserved matters for layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for 85 dwellings and associated open space pursuant to conditions 1 and 2 of outline planning permission 2023/3506.

2025/3432 MORLEY, Lantern House, Church Road, Morley St Botolph - Remove existing render to south and east facing exterior walls. Replace with correct lime-based render.

2025/3413 & 2025/3414 FORNCETT, The Homestead, Low Road, Forncett St Peter - Demolition of existing sunroom. Erection of replacement sunroom. Works to remove internal pantry/kitchen wall.

2025/3404 HEYWOOD, Westbrook Farm, Shelfanger Road - Conversion of existing agricultural building into a single dwelling. Removal of existing large steel-framed agricultural building and the construction of a carport and storage building on the footprint of an original historic building.

2025/3092 BUNWELL, Agricultural Building At Staddles, The Barns - Erection of self-build dwelling to replace existing agricultural building.
Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.
2025/3006 REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON, 10 Malthouse Court - Replacement windows. Install velux roof window on the rear elevation. Replacement front door.
Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.

All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to: planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council's website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
