Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building
13 North Road Tollesbury - Demolition of single storey rear extension and to be replaced with part single, part two storey extension with the addition of window on the first floor side elevation. Ref No: 25/00889/HOUSE
Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council quoting the application reference number by 4 December 2025.
