For Listed Building Consent is sought for the part retrospective internal and external repair and replacement works including roof repairs, new roof light installation, plasterboard and plaster including decoration to all walls, new floor boards where damaged, repair to bedroom window, replacement light fittings, new floor joist to 1st floor shower room and general decoration throughout the house.
