What is planned?

Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015,

Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: ZA25/27436/HH

Proposal: Householder permission for replacement new single storey rear and side extension for Mr & Mrs Christopher Armitage

Location: 9 Commercial Street Settle BD24 9HP

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA25/27449/HH

Proposal: Householder permission for single storey extension & solar panel installation for Susan Farmery

Location: 10 Marton Close Gargrave BD23 3PG

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA25/27420/VAR

Proposal: Section 73 application to vary condition no 2 (Approved Plans) of planning approval referenced ZA25/26809/VAR to allow triple full height glazing to the ground floor opening for RN Wooler & Co Ltd

Location: The Old Coal Yard Ings Lane Low Bradley BD20 9FT

Reasons: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
