a) OUTLINE - Erection of a Hydrogen Production Facility including electrolyser equipment and buildings, hydrogen compressor and shelter, LP hydrogen compression, gas handling equipment and gas holders, hydrogen metering, cooling water package, refrigeration package, water purification and demineralisation including storage, main interconnecting pipe-racks and pipe-tracks, service buildings, electrical substations, security fencing, landscaping, sustainable drainage, biodiversity net gain associated infrastructure and works (All Matters Reserved except for means of access) at Land West of Dimlington Gas Terminal Site 2 Dimlington Road Easington HU12 0TN (Ref: 25/03024/STOUT)
b) Listed building consent for the reroofing of upper roofs with combination of existing clay pantiles and similar new pantiles with sandstone type hips and ridges; installation of new battens and breathable underlay; repair and replacement of leadwork where necessary; the repair and replacement of defective roof timbers where necessary at 18 Wednesday Market Beverley HU17 0DJ (Ref: 25/03064/PLB)
c) Change of use of existing lake for commercial fishing with associated parking (to be operated by a person(s) occupying Lakeside House) at Lakeside House Main Road Sproatley HU11 4DJ (Ref: 25/03037/PLF)
d) External and internal decoration and repairs including repairs to render, window fascias and soffits to match existing; replacement of internal carpets/flooring and cleaning of floors, formation of new accessible toilet; repairs to potholes within carpark; extend existing fence for bin store and display of new signage including new hanging sign on existing bracket, new sign writing to elevations and cowl lighting at Molescroft Inn 75 Molescroft Road Molescroft HU17 7EG (Ref: 25/02781/PLB)
e) Erection of single storey extension to rear following demolition of porch and installation of replacement windows at 23 Headlands Road Aldbrough HU11 4RR (Ref: 25/02935/PLF)
f) Erection of single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing and installation of window to side at 1 George Street Cottingham HU16 5QU (Ref: 25/03043/PLF)
g) Display of non-illuminated fascia sign to front at 2 Kemp Road Swanland HU14 3LT (Ref: 25/02735/PAD) Proposals (b,e,f,g) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,d) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b,d,e,g) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
