JPE Holdings Limited – planning application does not comply with (to vary) Condition 3 (To Extend The Mineral Cessation Date) of permission L.19/05/809 MW at Shire Oak Quarry, Chester Road, Shire Oak, Walsall, Staffordshire WS9 9DF.

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated as land lies within the Green Belt.
