Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/25/00224/REM - Reserved Matters details (layout, appearance, scale & landscaping) relating to the development of 500 dwellings, enabling works & open space in connection with Outline permission
CHE/21/00549/OUT (amended 07.11.25) at Land Off Dunston Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 9RL, for William Davis Homes. Reasons: Major Application, Public Right of Way, Setting of a listed building.

CHE/25/00338/FUL - Erection of 2 detached dwellings, 2 pairs of semi-detached dwellings & 6 terraced dwellings at Chesterfield Road Farm, 34A Chesterfield Road, Staveley. Reason: Major Application

CHE/25/00824/LBC - External and internal repairs to building 12, including; repair to roof, rainwater goods, windows, brickwork, internal floors & redecoration at Former Walton Works, Factory Street, S40 2BN. Reason: Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area.
